From the friendly ladies at the front desk to the great techs and, of course, the doctors who have cared for Biggs, it's obvious that everyone is concerned about both my little dog AND me -- even to give me very kindly delivered "tough love" talks that have benefited Biggs' health. I appreciate the emailed reminders, the ease of getting in to see the doctor, the professional follow-up, and the overall quality of this veterinary clinic.
